We take a look at the cordless hot water boiler kettle from Makita. Runs on their LXT platform and uses 2x 18v batteries in series configuration to boil .8 liters of water. It is capable of boiling 80 degree room temperature water in about 7 minutes and 30 seconds. Able to get 2 full boils out of one pair of 5.0 ah batteries. We like this tool. We use it all the time. It allows us to make tea, coffee, noodles, and just about anything that requires hot water. Great tool to have where you need hot water and there is just no easy way get it.
